Website use, reservations and hotel stay policies for Brightmood.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Brightmood website and the booking of accommodation, dining and events at our Melbourne venue. By using this site or making a reservation, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Company Information

Brightmood Hotels Pty Ltd (ABN 12 345 678 901, ACN 123 456 789) is registered in Australia and operates the hotel at 155 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000. Director: Elias Nordström.

3. Reservations & Payment

All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST. A valid credit card is required to confirm a booking. Special-event periods and peak dates may require a non-refundable deposit. Rates are subject to availability and may change without notice until a reservation is confirmed.

4. Cancellation & Modification

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows may be charged the full amount of the first night. Modifications are subject to availability and may affect the rate.

5. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 15:00. Early check-in may be requested but is not guaranteed. Check-out is by 11:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

6. Guest Conduct

Brightmood is a smoke-free, pet-free property with the exception of registered assistance animals. Guests are expected to respect other visitors, staff and hotel property. We reserve the right to refuse service or request departure in cases of disruptive or unlawful behaviour.

7. No Real-Money Gambling

Brightmood does not offer online gambling, real-money betting or gaming accounts. The casino-inspired lounge is an in-venue entertainment experience only. No real-money wagers are accepted and no cash prizes are awarded.

8. Limitation of Liability

Brightmood is not liable for loss, damage or injury caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and are encouraged to use in-room safes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.

Remember: This is a 100% OFFLINE, IN-PERSON experience. You must physically visit our Brightmood venue to participate. All activities take place face-to-face at our brick-and-mortar location.
